Network Partnership Problem Empty Network Partnership Problem

I found out earlier today from PGUK on Twitter via DM that I am not linked to the network.
I checked my Status and Feature on my channel's dashboard and it said "Partner Verified". What happened? Is there a way to fix this?
It's strange that I received a newsletter from the Network themselves but then been told that I'm not linked a couple of days later.
I've responded to the DM and haven't got a reply since.
I hope to get this fixed ASAP.
